What Happens in Therapy?
When you first make contact, we will arrange an initial consultation, the aim of which will be for us to think together about your needs and what you would like to gain from therapy, address any questions or concerns you might have, and to decide whether therapy may be helpful for you. If you decide you'd like to begin working together, we will then arrange a day and time of the week that works for you.
Counselling and psychotherapy is a collaborative process where, through a series of regular sessions, we will work together to explore your difficulties and help you to better understand your emotions and thought processes. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for the exploration of these thoughts and emotions.
