I offer one-to-one counselling for clients aged 12+ in the UK and worldwide, offering sessions both online and in person from my office in Norwich. I have experience working with a range of difficulties in young people including antisocial behaviour, relational trauma, eating disorders, bereavement and self-harm. For clients under the age of 18, I work only with the consent of the client's parent or legal guardian.
I am passionate about working with young lives and I believe that every young person has extraordinary potential. I consider it my role to listen patiently and without judgement, allowing young people to speak and express themselves freely. Together we can work to identify and make sense of difficult thoughts and emotions as they arise and develop ways to cope with problems in healthy and constructive ways. To book an initial consultation, please email me at: [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you! See Also: |
“ Together we can work to make sense of difficult thoughts and emotions and develop ways to cope with problems in healthy ways." My Approach:Creative integrative therapy offers a flexible and imaginative approach to support neurodivergent young people in navigating life’s challenges. By combining therapeutic techniques with creative tools like art, storytelling, or mindfulness, I tailor sessions to meet each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and interests. For neurodivergent young people, therapy is a space to feel seen and understood while exploring their identity and emotions in a way that feels safe and empowering. Grounded in trauma-informed care, I prioritise building trust and fostering a sense of safety, ensuring that each young person can engage at their own pace. Our work together emphasises celebrating strengths, processing past experiences, and developing practical skills for navigating the world. I also aim to foster greater independence and self-confidence, equipping young people with the tools they need to thrive authentically in their relationships, education, and beyond. |
