ABOUT THERAPEUTIC BOOK CLUBS
Therapeutic book clubs meet once a month at a set day and time. They differ from traditional book clubs in that they aim to achieve therapeutic outcomes by exploring one's self and experiences through engaging with key themes.
BENEFITS OF THERAPEUTIC BOOK CLUBS
1) BOOK CLUBS ARE LESS EXPENSIVE THAN TRADITIONAL THERAPY Therapeutic book clubs are less expensive than traditional therapy and can even be used alongside 1:1 therapy to provide additional opportunities for self-discovery. 2) BOOK CLUBS FOSTER CONNECTION WITH OTHERS Therapeutic book clubs encourage connection with others, something that many of us are lacking in our day-to-day lives. Connecting with others also provides valuable information about ourselves as it gives us the opportunity to see ourselves through another's eyes.
