These Terms of Sale explain the conditions under which you may purchase and access our online courses. By purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Course
Our online courses provide educational and psychoeducational information relating to neurodiversity, wellbeing and mental health.
The courses are designed to support learning and self-understanding but do not constitute psychological therapy, medical treatment, crisis support or individual clinical advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course.
If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
3. Payment
Payment must be made in full before access to the course is granted.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4. Refund Policy
Because this course consists of digital content delivered immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available once you have accessed the course materials.
Under UK consumer law, by purchasing immediate access to the course you acknowledge that:
you request immediate access to the digital content;
you understand that this means your statutory right to cancel is lost once access begins.
If you experience technical difficulties preventing access, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
If you believe you have purchased a course in error, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests made before course access has commenced will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Course Access
Unless otherwise stated, your purchase includes ongoing access to the course while it remains available on our learning platform.
Occasionally, course content may be updated, improved or replaced.
We reserve the right to withdraw a course where necessary, although reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, worksheets, written content, graphics and downloadable resources, remain the intellectual property of Diverse Minds Therapy unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning.
You may not:
reproduce or distribute course materials;
upload videos or resources elsewhere online;
share your login details;
use course content to create or deliver your own training without written permission.
7. Appropriate Use
You agree to use the course respectfully and lawfully.
If community discussions or live elements are included, we reserve the right to remove participants whose behaviour is abusive, discriminatory or disruptive.
8. Educational Disclaimer
The information provided within this course is intended for educational purposes only.
It should not be used as a substitute for individual therapy, psychological assessment, medical advice or emergency mental health support.
If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or are concerned about your safety, please contact your GP or local emergency services.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort has been made to ensure that course information is accurate and evidence-informed, Diverse Minds Therapy cannot guarantee specific outcomes from participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the course.
Nothing within these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected during your purchase will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
