Consultancy & Training
I offer consultancy and training to organisations seeking to better understand and support neurodivergent individuals in meaningful, sustainable, and genuinely inclusive ways.
My work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach, with a focus on moving beyond awareness towards practical, compassionate change.
How I can help
Empowering you to support every mind with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
-
I take a collaborative and reflective approach, recognising that each organisation has its own culture, challenges, and strengths.
Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work alongside teams to explore what is already in place, where barriers may exist, and how more supportive, inclusive environments can be developed.
This includes a focus on understanding the impact of masking, burnout, sensory needs, and systemic barriers, and how these can shape the experiences of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace or wider systems.

Alongside my independent work, I co-founded A-Typicats, a consultancy organisation focused on neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practice.
For larger or more complex projects, I work collaboratively with a team of neurodivergent and trauma-informed practitioners, allowing us to offer more comprehensive and tailored support.
