Is This Group Right for You?
This group is best suited for Autistic adults who feel ready to engage in a structured group setting. You may find this group beneficial if you:
✅ Are in a stable enough mental and emotional space to participate
✅ Feel comfortable listening, sharing, and engaging with others
✅ Can commit to attending regularly and actively participating
✅ Have strategies or external support in place for emotional processing
✅ Are looking for connection, reflection, and self-growth (rather than crisis support)
If you’re unsure whether this group is right for you, please reach out with any questions before signing up.
Financial Accessibility
We acknowledge that the cost of this group may not be accessible for everyone, and we’re truly sorry for that. The fee covers:
- The cost of running the group sessions
- The comprehensive workbook (over 200 pages of psychoeducation and exercises)
- Ensuring the group remains financially viable for the facilitators, who both navigate chronic illness and must balance their capacity to offer sustainable, high-quality support
We are actively exploring grants and funding for scholarships but unfortunately, this is not possible at this time. We hope to offer more accessible options in the future.
