The next group is expected to begin in Autumn 2026.

By completing this form, you're registering your interest in joining the group. There is no obligation to commit at this stage, and completing the form does not guarantee a place.

Over the summer, I'll be reviewing expressions of interest before inviting prospective members to a 20-minute consultation call in September 2026. This gives us an opportunity to get to know one another, explore what you're hoping to gain from the group, and consider together whether it feels like the right fit for your needs.

If we decide together that the group is a good fit for you, you'll then be invited to formally register and secure your place. Before the group begins, we'll also arrange an individual onboarding session so that we can begin building a therapeutic relationship and help you feel as comfortable and supported as possible from the outset.
