You’re not too much. You’re just finally in the right place.
This group is a space to unmask, exhale, and connect with others who truly get it. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have known you're autistic for years, you're welcome here.
Who it's for:
Autistic adults (including those self-identified or professionally diagnosed) who are looking for a supportive, neurodivergent-affirming space to explore identity, build self-understanding, and experience real connection.
- Fortnightly sessions (ÂŁ40/session)
- Sessions run 5pm–6:30pm
- 90-minute online meetings
- Beginning 12 January 2026
- Open group format—join when you can and stay as long as it feels helpful
- Led by two experienced autistic therapists
- Small, welcoming group to foster meaningful connection
What’s included:
- Guided self-reflection and discussion
- Psychoeducational exercises tailored to autistic identity and lived experience
- Optional access to a dedicated online community for ongoing support
How it works:
Registration is currently open; only an ÂŁ80 deposit is required to register. The deposit is applied to your first and final session, ensuring space is reserved for a planned and supportive ending.
Once enough participants have joined, we’ll finalise the day and time
You’ll be notified as soon as details are confirmed
Ongoing attendance is flexible—start or pause at any time
